You do not have permission to use the IP address

Greetings, I'm trying to install an SSL certificate for one of my domains. After pasting the CSR,CERT, and Private key it shows all green checkmarks but after clicking Install I get the error "You do not have permission to use the IP address "x.x.x.x" I am logged in with the domain owner account with full site admin privileges. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

  Hi, Is the IP a shared IP or dedicated IP? If it is dedicated IP and you have some other SSL installed on it, then it may cause such issue.

  Hello @Don Wood, I recommend reporting this error message to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look to see why the SSL certification installation is failing, and to determine if the IP address associated with your account is setup in any special way. Thank you.
