email protocol options?

I'm new to cPanel. I have a newly installed web site and I'm looking for email server connection options to connect my web forms to. Can't see anything in the docs. Can anyone advise me? php mail or smtp service details are what I'm looking for.

  Once you login into cPanel account for your website, scroll down to "Email" section, then "Email Accounts". From there you should be able to add email accounts and view/edit the configuration of email accounts. This is assuming that there is an email server installed on the Hosting server. You will also need to add MX records in your DNS zone pointing to the server where the email is hosted.

  Hello @britizen Continuing to Anupam's post you can also see the correct configuration in your website cPanel for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. the easiest way is to create a new email account, under the "Create Account" button you will see a checkbox said: "Send welcome email with mail client configuration instructions." Check it (is on by default) and you will receive a welcome message contains all "Email configuration settings" Also, this
