Question about parked domains

Hello Guys, I have a question about parked domains in CPanel. Client created a cpanel account The domain name that it's set up with is example.com. There is another domainname parked on this account example.net. It's been set to redirect to example.com. Now on the website there is a page example.com/information When i go to example.net/information expected behaviour is redirect example.com/information or example.com/ but it just loads example.net/information The website is indexed by searchengines and now there are two domains with duplicate content example.com/information and example.net/information
