    Hello @DvdLuck, Can you confirm if the name servers assigned to the parent domain name at it's domain registrar point to the cPanel server? If they don't, you'd need to manually add in "A" records for those subdomains pointing to the IP address of the cPanel server at the DNS host of the parent domain name. Thank you.

    I've found that my subdomain is not in the usually way "subdomain.domain.com" but is "domain.com/subdomain". I have created a subdomain, why is in this way like a normal page? Unfortunately I don't know how to see if my domain/subdomain are pointing to the cPanel server. In edit zone dns i can change only record in MX format

    Hello @DvdLuck, I recommend contacting your web hosting provider to see if they can take a closer look and determine what's wrong. They should be able to verify what name servers are setup for the domain name and make any appropriate changes. Thank you.
