File and Directory Restoration feature

Hello, I activated the "File and Directory Restoration" feature on a Reseller account, but when I connect to the WHM of this account, and go to the "File and Directory Restoration" section an error: The system disabled the File and Directory Restoration feature ... is present. However on the server WHM (root account) the backup is enabled. Do you know where this concern can come from? a special feature must be enabled? Best Regards

  Hi, I think that will be enabled in the cpanel only, and not WHM. Can you check if that was reflected in the cPanel interface? File and Directory Restoration for cPanel - Version 72 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

  Hi @gildas ON my test server I've done the same for my reseller user and was able to successfully access the interface. Are you aware if the reseller's accounts have backups on the server? The correct documentation for the most recent version in RELEASE is File and Directory Restoration for cPanel - Version 74 Documentation - cPanel Documentation Thanks!
