    HI @Jessicagreenha It sounds a lot like the port 2087 is not open on the server. I believe the following might be helpful: Allow Users To Connect to HTTP or HTTPS Ports on an EC2 Instance

    I cannot get the IP address to match the Support Access ID. v3whois.com responds: We don't have this domain's information on file... [centos@host.name.tld ~]$ curl -o - completely hangs the system. I have to stop and restart the instance. I will be happy to open a ticket once I can get the IP address. Any suggestions?

    This continues to sound like either firewall or DNS resolution issues from that output. What is present in /etc/resolv.conf
    ? What is the output of the following (run in terminal outside the server) nmap -Pn -p 80,443,53
