This is a new server with cpanel. I added a new account yesterday. It was added ok (no errors shown), I could connect with ftp ok and access it ok. Today I cannot connect with FTP, and when I enter WHM I see warning signs: Failed to save cache file "/mnt/syncro/home/examplecom/.cpanel/nvdata.cache" because of an error: (XID yuv5he) El sistema no pudo crear el archivo "/mnt/syncro/home/examplecom/.cpanel/.tmp.4dc3a.nvdata.cache" con permisos "0640" (como EUID: 1005. I run command: grep examplecom /etc/passwd examplecom:x:1005:1007::/mnt/syncro/home/examplecom:/bin/bash
It is odd, if I do ls -l on the /mnt/syncro/home folder, the account folder is not there (no siisaludcom folder). Where did it go? Please help. Thanks.

  I have fixed my issue and will explain in case it is useful for someone else. I have detected that WHM was creating the accounts on the backup hard drive at /mnt/syncro/home instead of creating them at the /home folder of the main hard drive. To avoid this, I set the home directory prefix blank at Server Configuration > Basic WebHost Manager Setup. By default this prefix was "home" and it matched the backup folder at /mnt/syncro/home. After doing this, I removed the account and created it again, and it was correctly created at /home.
