Unable start backup script

WHM is set to send backup to Dropbox but it isn't working, so I tried the following: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force which outputs: [2018-09-28 20:16:43 +1100] die [backup] Unable start backup script exit level [die] [pid=10260] (Unable start backup script) I've never seen this error before, couldn't find anything on Google either. Any help on this please?

  I tried the command again after 12 hours, now it's working! Can anyone tell me why it was giving the error earlier? [2018-09-29 08:26:57 +1100] info [backup] Started at Sat Sep 29 08:26:57 2018 [2018-09-29 08:26:57 +1100] info [backup] The backup is now running in the background in process 24276. [2018-09-29 08:26:57 +1100] info [backup] The backup process"s log file is "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/1538170017.log".

  HI @Ekushey I'm not sure what would have caused that to fail initially but I am glad to see that it worked for you. You might check the cPanel error log for clues as to why it might have failed. Thanks!
