WHM admin user suddenly has limited rights

I run a WHM instance on a VPS server. The VPS provider recently moved my VPS from a server running OnApp control panel to a new server running Virtualizor control panel. After the move, my root WHM user suddenly has limited rights. I'm not allowed to access e.g. cphulkd or EasyApache anymore. I still have root access via shell. How can I restore full rights for my WHM user (which btw is not named root)?
