DNS Records Are Not Synchronizing
-
I had a problem with this as well. Make sure when you login to the DNSONLY ns1 and ns2 servers that they are set to "standalone" as their role and from within the main server it should be set as "synchronize changes" for both ns1 and ns2 that appear their. It should look like this from within the main server: example.cpanel.com - ? ns1.example.com
- ? ns2.example.com

Hi dstana, Thank you for your prompt reply. I had ns1 and ns2 set to "standalone" and main server set to "synchronize changes" according to cpanel docs when I first deploy cPanel and WHM. According to your suggestions, I have tried to synchronize DNS records again. This time in ns1 and ns2. However, it is still not working. Do you think there is a likely misconfiguration of my DNS cluster?0 -
Hi @Teo En Ming When I performed a nslookup to any one of my name servers regarding store.example.com, the query is refused.
Are you able to query any other domains in the same manner?0 -

Dear Lauren, I have already solved the problem on my own and closed the ticket at cPanel. My solution was posted at - Removed -0 -
