    Hello, Have you tried to reset the user's password for the email account. You can do this in cPanel >> Email >> Email Accounts. Choose the account, then set a new password from the Password and Authentication under Actions

    Same issue here, single user (the cPanel has over 100 email addresses) with these issues. Tried the commands you have put above and I get this as a result: [root@backup ~]# /scripts/restartsrv_cpanel_php_fpm (XID fy392j) The "cpanel_php_fpm" service is disabled. [root@backup ~]# /scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd Waiting for "cpsrvd" to restart gracefully ""waiting for "cpsrvd" to initialize "finished. Service Status cpanel (/usr/local/cpanel/cpsrvd --llu=1554325331 --listen=10,11,12,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 --start) is running as root with PID 5545 (systemd+/proc check method). cpanel (webmaild - serving IP) is running as USER with PID 28252 (systemd+/proc check method). cpanel (webmaild - serving IP) is running as USER with PID 28625 (systemd+/proc check method). cpanel () is running as root with PID 29099 (systemd+/proc check method). Startup Log apr 03 13:51:40 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Starting cPanel services... apr 03 13:51:41 HOSTNAME restartsrv_cpsrvd[5403]: Starting PID 5545: /usr/local/cpanel/libexec/cpsrvd-dormant apr 03 13:51:41 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: Started cPanel services. apr 03 13:51:42 HOSTNAME restartsrv_cpsrvd[5403]: License is valid and has already updated recently. apr 04 08:34:24 HOSTNAME crontab[10286]: (root) LIST (root) cpsrvd restarted successfully. [root@backup ~]# Unfortunately the issue is still present.

    HI @cPanelLauren I'm sorry but I guess I cannot do that since my VPS cPanel licence was provided by Contabo hosting services.
