DKIM PUB_KEY Unavailable
Hello Guys,
I'm having a problem with a sender.
I have a client hosted on my server, and the sender can't send e-mail for my client.
In rejectlog's exim, it says that the domain sender dont have DNS record for dkim, but using dig in the server, the public key is available.

The client is using office 365. Here is a print from 28/09/2018, with same selector in mensage, and the server doesn't appear error of DNS record. 0 -
Hi @lfpiaggio The domain noted in your screenshot does appear to have a DKIM record but the key isn't being found per the error. The DKIM record isn't created on the cPanel server (that's not our selector) and my assumption is the DKIM private and public keys need to be properly added where DNS for the domain is hosted. Thanks! 0 -

assai.onmicrosoft is not our client. Our client is the example.com.br domain But they have a dkim key, and the server know the Public key of assai.onmicrosoft.com0 -
Hello @lfpiaggio This is sounding more and more like there is a misconfiguration. If I check for a DKIM for the example.com.br site I get nothing in relation to DKIM so whether or not it's configured with Microsft/Outlook I really am unaware. I know that it's not showing a DKIM which you can see as well by running: dig any example.com.br
If outlook365 is requiring some further or alternate configuration you'll need to discuss it with them further but as far as cPanel is concerned as long as the records are added where DNS for the domain is hosted they should be recognized. Thanks!0
