Sync Contacts in webmail to a third party mail client

Hi, I wanted to reply in an old thread which is somehow related to my concern unfortunately the thread says its too old to reply from there so just create a new one. Is it possible to sync contacts from webmail(roundcube) going to a third party mail client (e.g. outlook) which is configured as IMAP? Thank you!

  Hi @cPanelLauren , Thank you for your response. I've tried to set this up but it seems that the contact is not syncing. Are there any other things to consider? Thank you!

  Hi @blackwidow02 You need to ensure that you can connect over ports 2080 and 2079 Also do you see anything of note in the log files as follows: /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpdavd_error_log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpdavd_session_log

  Hi @blackwidow02 Essentially, those are the ports that cPDavd listen on and thus the ones they send information to and from the client on. Thanks!
