Cloudlinux boot issue

I just installed cloudlinux and rebooted the server, but the server does not boot anymore! It goes to emergency shell! Is there any hope to make it back online? There are a lot of websites on the server that are offline now. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a screenshot of VNC output: i66.tinypic.com/2wquzki.png
