Latest Visitor Logs not showing

I noticed that all the domains on my server are no longer savings and showing any of the visitor logs or raw access logs within cPanel. I have checked /usr/local/apache/domlogs/ and all files here are 0kb in size. In tweak settings -> Stats and logs i have Allow users to update Awstats from cPanel - off Delete each domain"s access logs after statistics are gathered - off Archive logs in the user's home directory at the end of each stats run unless configured by the user - on Remove the previous month's archived logs from the user's home directory at the end of each month unless configured by the user- on Any ideas on how to solve this. Thanks

  disabled and re-enable piped logging

  You can use command "/scripts/restartsrv_httpd" to restart webserver and it will write log again.

  Thanks guys, this was solved via Cpanel support ticket. To help others this is what the support staff member said [quote] The issue appears to be that the Apache piped logging output interval was not yet hit, so no log output was done. In cPanel v74, we added Apache piped logging to be on by default, as it helps lower memory usage of Apache significantly. What I did to make it log more often, but still used piped logging, was alter this configuration file: The setting seen there, maxopen, is 16000 by default, which takes quite a while to hit from what I could see on your server. I changed it to 1000 and it output to the file now after about 20 hits. Documentation on this configuration file and what can be put in it can be found here:
