Site not loading, can't find IP

I already have cpanel on a managed VPS and added sites tons of times without any issues. Now I'm playing around with a cloud from Vultr. After trying some open source panels I decided to install cpanel because I already know how it works mostly and it was really easy to install. So everything works and I added a site in WHM as always. Now cPanel works fine, created a MySQL database and ftp with no problems. Uploaded WP throught FTP so I thought all was good but when I typed the url it won't load. It states IP and nameserver issues. So I obviously overlooked something but can't figure out what it is. I'm using vultr's nameserver which is ns1.vultr.com and ns2 which I set in the registrar dashboard. So..what I forgot/overlooked? Thanks.
