Unable to access WHM via domain name

I am able to access WHM from my IP Address properly but when I use from example.com:2087, the page is not showing up properly. I see all text links, and on clicking any link it logs me off. I tried flushing DNS, cleared Cache, tried in Incognito mode but still cannot.
