rdns setup but cant send mail it uses ip
Yes i have USE IP Address in EXIM disabled.
my emails fail saying smtp blocked for ip..... but rdns is setup....

Can you provide the specific error message? Typically it will indicate that there is no rdns record, it is very possible to become blacklisted even with rdns applied. Thanks!0 -

Hi @Homie2 If the email address isn't blacklisted, you're sure you have a valid SPF, DKIM and rDNS record you'll need to reach out to the provider directly to determine why specifically they are blocking/blacklisting your domain. Providers like gmail use their own internal systems to determine what is or is not spam Thanks! 0
