Optimize Website Option Not vailable?

I have tried to follow instructions Software>Optimize Website If we have root access it will not be shown link: Optimize Website This enables Apache Gzip Compression. Is there another configuration which disabled Optimize Website?

  The "Optimize Website" icon is managed by the Feature Manager in WHM, so you might wanna go change the feature list to see if it's disabled there.

  To assign a feature list to a package, use the Edit a Package. It is not there.

  Can you clarify this sentence? I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. To edit a featurelist you need to go to WHM>>Packages>>Feature Manager -> Manage Feature List
