WHM Displays Dangerous Warning

Hi friends for a few days my whm's page is coming out as soon as I try to enter. I arrive connected without problem to the whm. the worry is the follow-up. since i have this red page my whm has become slow. i would like to make this red page go totally. I had a friend who had removed it from my whm that I had before. but since a month now he does not connect anymore. I really need your help thanks in advance

  @Anupam SG suggestion is correct here, this is happening because the IP is flagged as malicious.
