Can not remove directory: Not a directory

Hello, I use WHM to backup the client data in my 100GB backup disk OVH (with ftp transfert), at first everything is fine, then after the disk exhaustion I have an error message on WHM. I connected from the SSH on my backup disk, everything is fine the connection goes, trying to delete a file with "rm" it shows me the error: 550 Can not remove directory: Not a directory How to solve this problem ? Thank you.

  If i clic "validate" i have this error : but on the disk 100GO with ssh ftp I see the file validate! the disc is 92% full, pour essayer de vider le disque j'utilise "rmdir file or folder" and i have this error : 550 Can't remove directory: Directory not empty
