Rearrange an Account to second drive?

I've two disk, main disk i have all accounts still with space and the second account is empty. I want to add new account to disk 2 but this account is full dedicated disk. Its possible that? when i assing account to this exclusive disk i want back to my main disk (disk1) to fill again new account over there. Summary, i only want a particular account to use full disk and the others and new account fill the main disk.
