    Further to what was indicated by @rpvw it's also possible that your server is unable to connect to the recipient server due to the blacklisting still. Sometimes you can see residual effects of this for days, depending on the configuration of the recipient domain. They could be using a private blacklist or their own set of rules to determine what mail to accept.
