Email delivery problem with SMTP in a single account

Hello everybody. I'm facing a strange issue here. I have a VPS with multiple cpanel accounts (customers) which can receive/send emails without problems and without getting into the junk/spam folder. On the other hand, there is just one account of those whose emails keep getting marked as spam on Gmail and also Outlook (haven't tested Yahoo). I'm currently performing these tests using RoundCube/SquirrelMail and also with a custom PHP script (PHPMailer) using SMTP authetication. It works like a charm for every customer except this one. My mail score according to mail-tester.com is 10/10. Also there are no problems found in MXToolbox, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, rDNS, everything seems to be OK. - Removed - Any help or idea would be really appreciate :) Thank you.

  Your domain is listed on spamhaus for spam. You can check your domain on thier site, and there's instructions on how to be removed from the list as well: Blocklist Removal Center - The Spamhaus Project
