Outlook 2013 can't auth smtp

I bought new PC and install cpanel. OS: CentOS 7.4 I use transfer Tool my website to new PC. but I find a problem. my outlook 2013 can't send mail. POP is OK. I use WHM SMTP Restrictions -> enable but outlook 2013 can't auth smtp - Removed - I test mail - Removed - help me, what wrong with cpanel my all domains with new PC have this problem
