    Hi @nshah14285 We do have a case open for this behavior but it's typically only occurring when you have a large number of email accounts - CPANEL-22818. A fix for this is being worked on for v76 of cPanel. The workaround for this is to convert to mysqlite you can do this by running: /scripts/convert_roundcube_mysql2sqlite

    Thanks for reply. Is it safe to run on live server? I hope there is no loss of data by converting roundcube to sqlite.

    Hi, I have executed the script in a server in production with approximately 20.000 mailbox, it took more or less 3 hours, but solved the error "roundcube: mysqldump failed - database may be corrupt" Now everything is ok. Thank you
