    Thank you very much for your kind reply. I tried to connect to the source via SSH using Putty, not connected and got the same error "publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic". How can I procced?

    Hi @Alfastar It sounds like (if you're 110% sure your password is correct) you've been blocked on the server. You'll need to check the firewall as well as cPHulk if you're using. I'd suggest whitelisting your IP address until this process is complete. Thanks!
