    Hi i have check and compare they are using cgi php handler

    Hi @Tornado Were they also using that handler on the old server? Have you tried switching their handler to see if the issue persists?

    Hi i have two option 1- CGI 2- suphp tested and its not fixed... i have reinstall cPanel several times but still its not fixed

    Hi @Tornado DSO can be installed using EasyApache 4 and you might try that. Reinstalling cPanel most likely will not fix the issue if you continue to experience issues please feel free to open a ticket using the link in my signature.
