Email Hint on webmail issue

Hi, I have some question, why if i do reset password in my webmail account the cpanel show email that is not my real email, - Removed - Actually in my personal information, i don't input any email for reset password. - Removed - Would you inform to me why it happen? is that default setting from cpanel?
