hello. About:

You won't truly address that issue unless you setup a DNS cluster with another name server in a different data center.

have two IPs neither resolve the issue?

  Having 2 IP addresses alone won't solve this, as the message states. Still, this message can be ignored for the most part, your server should still operate as expected.

  this escenari is possible? NOCdomain.net -> register with eNom server1.NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter hurricane server2.NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter google finally NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter amazon ... ... in others words, have multiple hostnames with SAME DOMAIN in multiple networks / datacenters all fine in this case ???
