Hello @madnoob2 If it's not working as they indicate on that page, you may want to stop obfuscating the hostname which will stop this from occurring or visit cPanel/WHM over the IP address such as: :2087 or :2083

Hi Lauren, unfortunately this is not a solution for us. Isn't there any other workaround for this problem? If we can't protect WHM, can we protect customer domains such as webmail.domain.com?

Hi @madnoob2 We don't have any control over whether or not CloudFlare will function, I'd suggest inquiring with them specifically. Though I do not believe there is a solution for this that does not involve either using the IP address to access WHM/cPanel and securing the proxy subdomains or excluding the hostname of the server from such.
