SSL redirecting after installing certificate?

Dear I am in Linux WHM 2.6.32-696.13.2.el6.x86_64 I have an website, and install new certificate to it. But I fount when I access https:// to it, it will redirect to http. Then access not get protect. at path SSL/TLS -> Manage SSL Hosts it should new certificate is working on it. I try to enable AutoSSL to fix(not understand this function), but problem not fix. Would you please help? Thank you.

  Your application or htaccess file are probably set to redirect to http. This can happen when the installation was done not using https, the application then assumes it should always be on http. I would check your htaccess and your site configuration settings and change it to using https instead.
