IMAP server requires full host name
I recently moved my site to a new server. Everything is good except one weird thing with my IMAP servers. When I tried to add my support(at)sitename.com into my Outlook, it wasn't connecting to the server (mail.sitename.com). I checked Webmail and the email was working. After a lot of trial and error, I decided to try mail.usserver1.sitename.com as my server. usserver1.sitename.com is my hostname. It then connected. What do I have to change to make it so I can use mail.sitename.com instead? I'm concerned not changing it will cause issues for users down the road as the server listed under the Mail Client Manual Settings area is now incorrect.

Dear Shaun Poland, Kindly check the A record for both mail.usserver1.sitename.com and mail.sitename.com is pointed to the same IP. If not, add the A record for mail.sitename.com to DNS panel 0 -
