List Accounts error

I have a problem. When I want to get List Account I'm seeing this file error - listaccts.tmpl: not found

  You might first try running /scripts/upcp --force and see if that works as an easy fix.

  Perfect. It's alright. How do I remove whmsonic accounts from the list?

  I've never used whmsonic but if they are just normal cpanel accounts you can use the terminate account function in whm to remove them.

  Not that. There are already whmsonic accounts appearing in whm list accounts

  Are you talking about the Package the accounts are using?

  I am guessing that you have (or had) the WHMSonic Shoutcast Admin plugin installed. I understand there used to be issues with users that had selected the Sonic theme (I don't know if it was ever resolved) You will probably want to change the account theme back to paper_lantern ( Account Functions >> Modify an Account) and then deal with them as necessary.

  You might want to change ownership of these accounts, first, to another Reseller or the root account. Next, create a comparable default features Package to that old sonic Package,, while logged in as root, or that other Reseller that now owns these accounts, and then use the Upgrade/Downgrade an Account tool to move these accounts to that new Package.
