Can I whitelist GMail emails sent to my server?

I have a customer that swears some GMail emails are not going through. Is there a way to make sure they are not blocked by anything? A whitelist somewhere in SpamAssassin possibly? We can do this server wide for this customer or just in his cPanel depending if either is available. Thanks!
