When I send mail, it goes in their junk box
Hello,
as I was searching the forum. Noticed a lot of people having this issue..but it seems like people did not get it resolved.
SPF and DKIM are both enabled. They are both set up. I can show you what I have if it is important.
I tried with outlook application and my iphone mail application to send email both in SSL connections.
I don't know why people receive my email in their junk!!

Hello @Mikeez, The link in the previous post is the best place to start. I recommend reporting the issue to your web hosting provider as well in order to see if they can offer any additional details about the SPAM compliance of the local cPanel server. Thank you. 0 -
I have seen the link before posting, my web hosting is a friend of mine who has a reseller account. He cannot identify the problem. However, the problem should be on his end?
Hello @Mikeez, Root access to the server is typically a requirement to investigate and address this type of issue. As a reseller, they will need to contact their reseller web hosting provider to report the issue because resellers do not have root access to the server. Thank you.0 -
