You might find this resource useful - if you are not the server administrator, you will probably need to ask for their help. How to Keep your Email Out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

Hello @Mikeez, The link in the previous post is the best place to start. I recommend reporting the issue to your web hosting provider as well in order to see if they can offer any additional details about the SPAM compliance of the local cPanel server. Thank you.

I have seen the link before posting, my web hosting is a friend of mine who has a reseller account. He cannot identify the problem. However, the problem should be on his end?

Hello @Mikeez, Root access to the server is typically a requirement to investigate and address this type of issue. As a reseller, they will need to contact their reseller web hosting provider to report the issue because resellers do not have root access to the server. Thank you.
