Your IP is blacklisted with Microsoft related domains. You can request a delisting but in my experience they are pretty non=responsive. It generally means your server has been sending spam. You might consider an outgoing mail filter such as mailchannels.com. And you should look at your mail queue and logs to see what the souce of the sam is and make sure that it is stopped.

The email states your ISP provider IP from where you are trying to send the email is blocked. unless you get a different IP or unblock your present IP you cannot send email.

Micheal I just recently started having this EXACT same issue on my server. I am really not sure at all what to do even following the step in the link you provided. When I test the server hostname I get no blocks listed at all. When I test the server's main IP I do get so listing but I have no idea at all what they are telling me. I am sending you additional info via message.

Hi @PCZero, If Microsoft/Outlook is blocking email from your server, you'll need to go through their troubleshooting steps per the Microsoft section at: Since Microsoft is blocking the email, you must go through them to determine what must be done to remove the block. Thank you.

Hi, Seasons Greetings & Happy New Year 2020! We tried sending out emails to Microsoft Network domains but all emails were delivered successfully. Any other possible reasons anyone can suggest ? Thanks :)
