Installing Wordpress plug-in problem

I am trying to activate a plugin through wordpress, i have cpanel, i think put the right ftp details, like the username and pass they sended me and for the host server my site with ftp at the front. To clarify i dont know much about FTP so i just logged into cpanel and they have already created an ftp account with the details i dont know if this is enough from the back-end side, but i get 6 errors when trying to activate like this one "All in One WP Migration is not able to create /home/chrislia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage". What should i do please help.

  "Please make sure that storage directory /public_html/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/storage has read and write permissions." I had many permission errors trying to activate the plug-in in wordpress but i created manually all the folders need. This is the last error i get before importing my site, I have set the permissions to 777 on the storage folder as well as the parent but nothing, any help would be appreciated!

  Hello @stonedunicorn, As a website owner, I recommend reporting this problem to your web hosting provider for additional assistance. They should be able to review the Apache error logs to determine which specific directory or file doesn't have the correct permissions. Thank you.
