Hello @Sujoy Dhar, Bandwidth data in cPanel & WHM comes from a combination of summary files and databases, and there's no native feature that will allow you to easily modify the existing bandwidth usage. You can read more about this at: Apparent Discrepancies in Bandwidth Usage Statistics - Version 76 Documentation - cPanel Documentation The supported approach is to leave the bandwidth usage in place, and then temporarily increase the bandwidth available to the account using WHM >> Modify an Account. Thank you.

so can we change the details of the awstats or any of the stats program to change the bandwidth usage info ?

Hi @Sujoy Dhar, There's no supported method of making that change, but technically you could manually edit the Awstats TXT files at the following location: /home/username/tmp/awstats/awstats102018.domain.tld.txt Can you provide some more details about why you'd need to make this type of change? Generally the better approach is to simply increase the bandwidth limit temporarily for the month as opposed to reducing the recorded usage. Thank you.
