How do I contact a forum moderator

I made a post I wasn't ready to submit but due to some browser issue it submitted anyway, then a mod approved it and now it won't let me edit the post to correct all the mistakes and remove all the log snippets that shouldn't be in there. When I try to submit my edits to the post I get "The following error occurred: Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator." even if I put in "Please delete me as this post was incorrect and needs doing again" I get the same issue. There is also no option to just delete it even with no replies. How do I get in touch with a mod to allow me to edit the post and tidy it up.
