No systemd nor Systemctl

Hello, I need to create a service file following the path: /etc/systemd/system/{something} but I cannot find the path to this folder, According to the CentOS 6.9 Docs the Systemd Unit file locations can be: /usr/lib/systemd/system/ /run/systemd/system/ /etc/systemd/system/ The command: yum list installed | grep systemd Doesn't show anything. My question is: if I install systemd, should I care toward any incompatibility with cPanel? Thank you for your support !

  If you're running CentOS 6.9 you're using init not systemd. What are you trying to add, it sounds like the instructions you're using are incorrect for what you're trying to do.
