404 errors on WP Multisite with robots.txt

Can there be a problem with robot.txt on basic wordpress multisite? For example: site.com/sitemap.xml and /robots.txt ---------------- Not Found The requested URL /robots.txt was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. BUT---> site.com/site1/sitemap.xml and /robots.txt ------------- ??!

  Hello @roskosh0302, Can you confirm that you system is updated with the latest EA4 packages? You can check this by running the following command: yum update
  There's an issue that was addressed last week to correct a problem similar to what you've reported:

  Thanks, the problem has been exhausted .htaccess had to be redone! thanks for your reply!
