hello i install cpanel on vps but when i make whm setup it's not working first step when i click on Agree to all i got problem Error: The system could not process your agreement: The API request failed with the following error: 500 - Internal Server Error. what's the problem or haw can i downgrade via ssh ? thank u update ?

  Hello @egyptman, This can happen if the server is not licensed. Can you confirm that your server's IP address is associated with a valid license? You can check by using the following link:

  I Have the same problem and my server ip is licensed. it's a new server i buy the licence today and when i instal i get this message

  Hello, I've fresh installed cPanel 76 trial for testing purposes on CentOS 7.1, and have configured hostname before the installation, but when I login to WHM to accept the terms, it shows: Error: The system could not process your agreement: The API request failed with the following error: 500 - Internal Server Error. When I run commands like "hostname", "hostnamectl" and "cat /etc/hostname", they work fine. Even I ping my hostname fine. What should I do?

  I've bought this VPS as a new one: [removed link with real IP] But it seems someone else than me have had used cpanel trial. What should I do? I should ask the hosting provider to change the IP? Or you can activate trial for me?
