Problem with cPanel University

Hello cPanel Team! I'm new in cPanel. I'm starting with courses cPanel University. Currently, I'm doing "cPanel & WHM Administrator" and I have the following problems: In the "Databases administration in WHM" course I completed the unit "Managing Users and Passwords", however, system doesn't allow me following forward because isn't taken as unit completed. I sended a email to professor@cPanel.net but he has not given me an answer . I need to access the others units for I can learn to used cPanel efficiently. I have same problem with "Mail Administration in WHM". I don't know why system no allow me to continue courses. Can you help me?

    I"ve run into exactly the same problem at the same point in this course, interestingly, after having already completed number of other courses. Sent a message to "instructor" internally and am waiting for reply.

    I've sent a message to the course instructor month ago, but that's not yet fixed. BR, Trifo.

    Hello, I am trying to complete the system admin courses in cPanel University. When I attempt to start the Database or Email in Command line courses I find a white screen that won't let me proceed despite completed all previous material. I've sent emails and haven't seen a change in weeks. I just sent an email to the professor address, is there anything else I should do for a response?
