Hello @360webfirm, Can you confirm if you are using the AutoSSL feature with Let's Encrypt enabled as the provider? Or, have you generated and setup the certificates manually with Let's Encrypt? Thanks!

Hi Michael, I have tried with AutoSSl in itself, this does not support wildcard SSL. I created a certificate from SSL for free, and added my main domain and wildcard, then added this to c panel and enabled lets Encrypt after running command to add to WHM. I also have a plesk server and tries this and its the same. I wound,.l think c panel would have a away around this that when I go to www.subdomain.maindomain.com, it would not give a certificate error. I am stuck and really need help. I have searched high and low on the internet for a solution. Even if I can safely redirect the www.subdomain.maindomain.com to a non www version. I have tried adding this in .htaccess and still wont work. All version of domain and sub domain work for SSL, except for www in front of any sub domain.

Hello @360webfirm, Support for wildcard SSL certificates through AutoSSL is not supported at this time, though we are exploring adding support for it in the future. I encourage you to vote and add feedback to the existing feature request for this at: The user-submitted workaround on the following post, while unsupported, appears to be the best approach at this time:
