Installing script on a cPanel server issue

I tried to change the URL and even the IP Address, but still my project that using ESP8266 (Node MCU) can't connect to the hosting server. If I use localhost to run the project, everything went well. And I'm using arduino as the platform because my project is about smart home that can be control using mobile application. My serial monitor on arduino shows as follow.
