Hello @Wabun I am sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues but there are no supported methods to downgrade to previous versions of cPanel. I also want to note that updated versions of WHMCS should not be experiencing this issue. To resolve issues with xml-api being used as it was deprecated some time ago - deprecated in v68 then removed in v74 the best course of action would be to update your version of WHMCS. I'd suggest if you need assistance I'd suggest contacting them directly. Thanks!

cPanel, the last year your way is giving a lot of grief, I am considering to swap to another panel, seems your just introducing things what breaks or gives us administrators a headache in finding why things stop working which worked fine before. Why not fix that stupid quota bug first !!! Who the heck makes a feature to stop outging email, but not giving a GUI to release in WHM.... my god, I am getting fed up...

Hi @Wabun I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations, I'd like to help though. What quota bug are you referencing?

I'm not sure what you're referencing here you can hold/release mail from cPanel>>Email>>Email Accounts>>Manage Suspensions what feature do you mean?
