HI @elisethechemist Is there by chance a reason code for the login failure? The first error is to be expected when it's denying access but in most cases you get something like "Undefined index: auth_type" or some other reasoning. For example: 55393 Also, can you confirm that once the user does update their password they're able to access MySQL with the newly changed password? Thanks!

The user said that most of the errors were covered by a yellow loading box, so they couldn't pick out the specifics. The user changed their password a few hours ago and have been able to login since! However, we had to do this a month ago as well - and then a few weeks ago before that. Sorry, I know that's not much to go on, but none of the other reseller accounts seem to have this issue.

Hi @elisethechemist Since it's not routinely reproducible I'd like to see if it happens again if you could please open a ticket using the link in my signature? That way we can see the behavior as it is occurring. Once open if you'd like to, reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!
