Associate MySQL Database with cPanel User

Hello, Is it still possible to map a database to a certain cPanel user? I did a search through the forums and the only related posts mention the DB Map Tool that no longer exists in WHM. I currently have a database on the server that I would like to show when a cPanel user goes to manage their databases within the cPanel interface. Thank you.
